1. The seller

2. The goods

Sale of dietary supplements for athletes, powdered protein blends, amino acids, and topical cosmetic gel formulations for daily muscle comfort and relaxation. Product specification sheets detail the composition, net weight, and dosage of each supplement. Graphic material is for illustrative purposes; outer packaging may feature slight design variations.

3. Ordering and contract

The order becomes valid upon completion of payment. We acknowledge receipt by email, although the contractual relationship is finalized upon the actual dispatch of the products. We reserve the right to decline a purchase in the event of unexpected stock shortages or failed verification of provided details, promptly refunding any amounts paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in COP with VAT broken down or included as required by law. Shipping costs are displayed on screen prior to payment. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer. In the event of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them prior to dispatch, offering you the choice to confirm the adjusted order or cancel it.

5. Delivery

The breakdown of shipping rates, transit times, and delivery methods is detailed in the Shipping and Payment section. Legal custody of the supplements transfers to the recipient once physical delivery is complete.

6. Product images and colours

Catalog images correspond to actual batches of our packaging and formulas. Color perception varies depending on monitor settings and ambient lighting; minor tone differences between the physical packaging and the screen do not constitute a manufacturing defect or justify free returns. Specifications regarding composition, net weight, and dosage are detailed on each product page.

7. Transfer of risk

We assume full risk for the goods until they are received by the recipient or designated person at the registered address. At that point, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Any obvious external damage to the packaging must be noted on the courier's delivery slip and reported to our team within a strict deadline of 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

You have a period of 14 days from delivery to initiate the return of products, in accordance with the guidelines in our Returns section. In accordance with Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, the legal warranty covers manufacturing defects, labeling discrepancies, or non-compliance with the expiration date declared by the manufacturer at the time of delivery.

• Nutritional supplements with inner or outer safety seals broken or tampered with after delivery.
• Opened topical body gels with a dispenser or shrink seal that has been tampered with.
• Protein bars or functional foods with torn or opened primary packaging.
• Products formulated or customized according to the user's personalized nutritional specifications.
• Partially opened promotional kits where all sealed items cannot be returned in full.

9. Liability

The maximum liability of Forjamuscular S.A.S. toward the buyer for any contractual or non-contractual claim is strictly limited to the total amount actually paid for the respective purchase order, or up to a cap equivalent to $100 USD in local currency. Nothing in this document limits any liabilities that applicable law strictly prohibits from being excluded.

10. Age and use

A minimum age of 18 years is required to place orders in the store. Nutritional supplements must be consumed according to the label instructions and do not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.

11. Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with the parties submitting to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Bogotá D.C. Where an out-of-court settlement is not feasible for any dispute, the matter will be submitted to the courts of the company's registered address, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the buyer's country of residence.
