Delivery estimates are calculated in business days following initial dispatch. Certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may require 1-2 additional days.
- Standard shipping is free for orders over $160000 in Colombia; orders below this amount are charged $14000.
- Transit takes 2 to 4 business days from warehouse dispatch.
- Orders placed before 11:30 on a business day are prepared and dispatched on the same date.
- We accept item returns within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain undamaged and in their original factory packaging.
- Payment: bank transfer.
3. Order processing
Orders placed before 11:30 on a business day are dispatched on the same date. Those submitted later, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation message containing the order reference will be sent.
Each bottle of powdered supplement or capsules features an airtight safety seal under the cap, thermal protection to buffer against local climate fluctuations, and high-density bubble wrap inside reinforced cardboard boxes with tamper-evident tape.
4. Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch from the central warehouse, the customer receives an email and a text message with the tracking number for real-time tracking on the assigned carrier's platform.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If your tracking status remains unchanged for 5 business days, please report the issue to [email protected] with your order reference. We will open an inquiry with the courier and arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, at your choice, within 10 business days of filing the claim.
6. Damaged on arrival
Immediate visual inspection upon delivery: if the package shows tears or moisture, the buyer must take clear photographs before opening it and notify customer support within the first 48 hours to arrange the replacement of the affected units.
7. Payment methods
We accept Bank transfer. Under no circumstances will we ask for your banking passwords or confidential card details over the phone or by email.
8. Delivery outside Colombia
We ship to a selected list of destinations. Shipping rates and transit times for each region are detailed before payment. Any applicable import customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
