You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return for any item purchased from Forjamuscular, regardless of the reason. Below, we explain the formal requirements, the return procedure, shipping cost allocation, and refund timeframes.

1. Conditions
The request must be submitted within the exact period of 14 calendar days following delivery. The item must remain new, unused, in its original secondary packaging, and with safety seals intact.
2. Submitting a return
- Return request by sending an email to support with the order number and photographic evidence of the intact condition of the product.
- Issuance of formal return authorization and assignment of the receiving address at an authorized warehouse.
- Careful packaging of the product in a protective box with its seals intact and handover to the assigned carrier.
- Warehouse biosecurity inspection and refund payout via bank transfer within 3 to 10 business days.
3. Who pays return shipping
If the supplement is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, we will cover the entire cost: we will provide a prepaid label or arrange a courier pickup. In the case of voluntary return, return shipping costs are your responsibility, with no extra deductions applied to the refund amount.
4. Refund timing and method
The refund will be processed within 3 business days following the product inspection. Purchases paid cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer to the account you specify; those paid by wire transfer will be returned to the originating account. The bank usually takes between 1 and 5 business days to post the balance.

6. Exchanges
To replace an item with another formulation, format, or variant, process the return as instructed and place a new order; we will refund the returned product upon receipt. If the replacement is due to an error on our part, the new delivery will be made free of charge.
7. Cancelling an order
Order cancellation carries no fee as long as it has not left the warehouse. Contact us at [email protected] indicating your order number. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process.
